    What if i do not like my product?
    At Fypple your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Please check our Return Policy.

    How can i track my package?
    Once your order is shipped, you will get an email confirming the shipment of your purchase, together with a logistics and tracking number. You could then track the status of your shipment.

    How long will it take for the package to reach my house?
    We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Then, depending on the shipping method chosen, your shipment will usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Paypal, Wire trasfer(TT).

    Can Fypple ship internationally free of charge?
    Yes, generally we can ship all over the world free of charge, but logistics can be the only one we cooperated. If you'd like the specific express, we may need to charge the shipping fee.

    Can my order be shipped to more than one address?
    Yes, you can ship items to more than one address, but you'll need to place separate orders for each destination.

    Do you carry restaurant flatware?
    You could certainly use the stainless flatware we sell in a restaurant.

    How do i care for my cutlery?
    It is important to wash your cutlery before you use it for the first time. Wash your cutlery soon after eating, as prolonged contact with certain foods, detergents and mineral salts in tap water can cause pitting and staining.
